How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Ponhap Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Ponhap Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Ponhap Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@ponhap.monster and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your message. Then we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
