Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use ponhap.monster. This page shows how Ponhap Garage Doors works toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to find this site easy to use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common yardstick for accessible websites.
What We Do About It
To make the site easier to use, we try to:
- Give every page a clear heading structure
- Add alt text to images that carry meaning
- Pick colors with strong contrast for easy reading
- Allow navigation with a keyboard
- Build layouts that fit any screen size
- Keep wording short and plain
- Label every form field
Where We Might Miss the Mark
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we spot them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help another way. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@ponhap.monster and we will help where we can.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Your feedback helps us improve. Email contact@ponhap.monster and let us know:
- Which page or tool gave you trouble
- What you tried and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are able to share it
We read each note and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
Request a callback
Door stuck or spring snapped? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request with a few details and a local provider will follow up.
